Governor Selimović visited SOS Children's Villages BiH

The Governor of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CBBH), Jasmina Selimović, Ph.D. at the invitation of the National Director of SOS Children's Villages BiH, Mr. Malik Garibija, visited SOS Children's Villages BiH in Sarajevo, as part of a joint project to strengthen financial literacy and inclusion of young people.

During the visit, Mr. Malik Garibija presented the work of SOS Children's Villages BiH, with a special focus on the results achieved in the area of ​​youth support and planned activities for the future. He emphasized the importance of cooperation with institutions, such as the CBBH in order to create opportunities for education and training of young people for the labor market.

Governor Selimović praised the work of SOS Children's Villages BiH to date and emphasized the importance of such projects for improving the living conditions of young people, especially in the segment of their financial empowerment and integration into society. She also emphasized the CBBH's commitment to continue contributing to community development through social responsibility projects, providing young people with opportunities to acquire knowledge and skills crucial for their professional and personal progress.

Cooperation with SOS Children's Villages BiH is part of the CBBH's strategic commitment to providing support to young people, both through financial education and by enabling them to gain relevant experience through internships and mentoring.
