Visits of secondary schools to the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina 12/8/2023 In the period from 28 November 2023 to 5 December 2023, while continuing its activities on the promotion of financial education and inclusion, the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CBBH) hosted more than a hundred students from Sarajevo Business-Commercial and Trade High School, Ilidža Business High School, Sarajevo Economic High School and Gazi Husrev-Bey's Madrasa in Sarajevo. During the visit, professors and students could learn more about the role and importance of the CBBH within the country's financial system, but also ask various questions about the way the CBBH functions and operations. Through interaction with lecturers, students and professors shared their own experiences, especially when it comes to doing business with commercial financial institutions, showing a high degree of self-directed thinking in order to make informed financial decisions. Bearing in mind the interest of young people in this type of activity, the CBBH will continue to implement financial education and inclusion in cooperation with secondary schools in Bosnia and Herzegovina, contributing to the affirmation of additional values in the teaching process.
